Brad Gates joined TIG in 2006 and handles land sales and project leasing for a 425,400-square-foot portfolio of office and retail properties; he is also involved with TIG's development projects and in assisting other commercial developers with site selection, having completed over 250 acres of industrial, multifamily, and commercial use land transactions to date.
Prior to joining TIG, Brad spent five years in Dallas with Dollar-Flowers Realty Partners. Specializing in land transactions, he negotiated sales of in excess of $20 million. He also handled the leasing of retail, industrial, and office space.
Brad began his career in commercial real estate with Leisy/Puterhof Corporation. As a property manager, he maintained close tenant relations and meditated issues with neighboring properties.
Brad is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas and an active member of Commercial Leasing Brokers Association and Commercial Investment Brokers. Brad earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University.
