Brandon Ngo is a Commercial Real Estate Associate at TIG, specializing in the South Houston market. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, he has a deep-rooted connection to the city and a comprehensive understanding of its evolving real estate landscape, allowing him to provide valuable insights to his clients.
He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston-Downtown in May 2023 and obtained his real estate license in July 2023. His experience includes an internship at TIG in the summer of 2022 and a year as a Commercial Real Estate Agent with Gatsby Advisors Brokerage from November 2023 to February 2025. After gaining hands-on experience in various asset classes, he returned to TIG to focus on his passion for commercial real estate, particularly industrial flex warehouses and office spaces.
With a background in finance, market expertise, and a commitment to delivering results, Brandon is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of commercial transactions. Outside of real estate, he enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants as a dedicated foodie, and staying active through sports like baseball and volleyball.
