Tom is responsible for leasing a portfolio of industrial and service center assets in Central Texas in addition to tenant representation assignments. Tom’s prominent tenant representation assignment was relocating Serta Mattress from Austin to a 299,000-square-foot build-to-suit in Dallas, Texas. Seefried developed a 299,000-square-foot distribution center in Park 35, which was owned by USAA Insurance. Other tenant rep assignments include Pollock Paper and Infinite IO.
“Tom was instrumental in locating a site for Serta in the south Dallas submarket that resulted in significant savings relative to our logistics and real estate costs. We negotiated a 299,000-square-foot build-to-suit with Seefried Development/USAA in a deed-restricted industrial park with excellent access to our customers and vendors. Additionally, we were able to negotiate a 10-year tax abatement greatly reducing our operating costs. This was our fourth transaction with Tom and the TIG team.”
