Terese joined TIG’s Central Texas team in July, 2020, as a senior property accountant. She has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate including over 10 years experience in accounting and property management roles and significant technical expertise with property accounting systems and software. She handles all aspects of accounting, reporting, and budgeting for a portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties in Central Texas. Prior to joining TIG, Terese was with SynerMark Properties and its successor entities, Kennedy Wilson of Austin and Davis & Associates. She began as an accounting clerk and assumed increasing levels of responsibility to become a senior property accountant and property manager for a portfolio of office and multifamily properties. She is a highly valued team member in TIG’s property management group.
