The facility at 300 Old Gerault Road will house the company’s 117K SF distribution center, according to a news release. It will also include a showroom and testing facility for its water-saving toilets and showerheads, among other products.
The new HQ is up to 75% larger than its former facility, according to Dallas Innovates. The building was planned to house 70 workers and cost $12.5M, per the Dallas Morning News.
“Moving into this new cutting-edge facility and distribution center will ensure Niagara is best positioned to continue delivering on our unwavering commitment to creating innovative products and ensuring prompt lead times,” Niagara Executive Vice President Carl Wehmeyer said in a statement.
“We are thrilled to have the expanded space and testing facility, which will enable us to achieve our vision of continuing to grow Niagara’s footprint in the bathroom fixture industry.”
Construction of the Niagara HQ was led by Cadence McShane alongside architects at Meinhardt & Associates, which designed the building for TIG Real Estate Services.
