Meet Our Team

Abelardo joined TIG’s Central Texas property management team in August 2023. He is responsible for overseeing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems in a portfolio of office and retail properties. With a decade of experience as a scaffold industry foreman and strong customer service skills, he is well-versed in OSHA regulations. Abelardo’s enthusiastic “can-do” attitude and quick-learning abilities are invaluable assets to the building engineering team at TIG.
