Ann D. Anderson joined TIG in 1994 as senior vice president of property management and founding shareholder. Ann interacts with clients, assists in property management and accounting services for managed properties across Texas.
Prior to coming on board at TIG, Ann spent nine years with Trammell Crow Company in various property management roles, most notably as a senior property manager for the Dallas industrial division.
Ann is licensed in Texas as a real estate salesman and is a member of the Greater Dallas Area Realtors Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management. Anderson earned the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®) in 1992.
Anderson earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Kansas.
