Ann joined TIG’s property management team in January 2024 as a Property Manager for a portfolio of office buildings and retail centers.
She brings over two decades of diverse experience in property management, accounting, and sales leadership roles. With a strong foundation in financial management and operational oversight, Ann has effectively managed portfolios for various clients, ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering positive tenant/vendor relationships. Ann’s expertise includes financial reporting, budget preparation, lease administration, and tenant finish construction coordination. With a background in accounting, Ann has also successfully overseen accounting departments, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial records. Ann’s proactive approach to problem-solving, coupled with excellent communication skills, has facilitated effective liaison with stakeholders and service providers. Ann is adept at utilizing a range of software tools and is an active member of industry associations such as BOMA, AAFAME, and IREM.
