As Principal of TIG’s Central Texas office, Brad leads regional operations with oversight spanning financial reporting, accounting, HR, and payroll for a portfolio of 80 commercial properties and commercial associations totaling over 3.5 million square feet. In addition to managing all accounting and cash flow activity, he plays a key role in investor relations, budget planning, and the development of customized financial reporting solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Since joining TIG in 2005, Brad has brought over two decades of industry experience and a hands-on leadership style to the team. Prior to TIG, he held key financial roles at Kennedy Wilson and Connaught, Inc., where he was responsible for the financial management of a combined 1.7 million square feet of commercial space and 500 residential units.
Brad holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is an active member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of CPAs.
