Brenda Kindt Joyner is Principal and Chief Operating Officer with direct responsibility for the leadership collateral responsibility for the delivery of business development, brokerage, accounting, engineering and property management services in DFW and Houston.
As a leader and officer in TIG, Brenda oversees closely approximately 6 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties across Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and Coastal Bend of Texas, and owner relations. Brenda is also responsible for personnel, best practices, training, property operations, compliance and property management reporting.
Brenda works closely with the VP of Business Development in sourcing new clients, off market commercial real estate for sell, new leasing and management assignments across Texas. Her strong institutional relationships across the US have created millions of business for TIG.
Brenda is a 40-year veteran of Dallas/Fort Worth commercial real estate. Prior to joining TIG, Brenda worked for Bradford Management Company as Vice President and Stream Realty Partners as General Manager. Her responsibilities included business development in Tarrant and Dallas counties and overseeing a portfolio of over 10 million square feet of office, retail, industrial, medical and mixed-use facilities. Brenda’s skills and expertise encompass all aspects of real estate from development, construction, leasing, management and operations.
Brenda has extensive experience working with major owners including Principal Financial Group, ING Realty, UBS Realty Advisors along with entrepreneurial owners including Bass Enterprises, E2M Partners and TLC Urban. She is also an active member in Dallas and Fort Worth BOMA, Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council, Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. and ULI. During her career, Brenda has served on the board of directors for Texas BOMA, Dallas BOMA and Downtown Fort Worth, Inc.
Brenda is actively involved in supporting and participating in Tarrant Area Food Bank and North Texas Food Bank and Carter Blood Care.
Ms. Kindt Joyner has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University and is a certified facility manager, certified manager of community associations, certified association management specialist, and holds a Texas real estate salesperson license.
