Carissa Hale, CPM, has worked in commercial property management for 18+ years in the DFW area. She joined TIG in August of 2018 to manage office and industrial product. Her responsibilities include owner, tenant and vendor relations, financial reporting, building and tenant improvement construction, service contracts, inspections and managing the day-to-day operations of the properties.
Prior to joining TIG, Carissa spent over two years at NAI Robert Lynn managing a portfolio consisting of office, retail and industrial buildings. Previous experience includes seven years at Sealy & Company managing industrial properties in Dallas, El Paso, Austin and Ohio, as well as three years at Cencor Realty and seven years at TY Commercial Group as Assistant Property Manager.
Carissa has a Bachelor Science degree from Texas A&M University. She is working to obtain her Texas Real Estate License, secured her CPM designation in December 2018, and is a member of the Fort Worth IREM chapter. Her favorite activities include beginner sewing and woodworking, reading, online gaming and spending time with her fur-babies and husband.
