Carlos joined TIG in 2026 as Associate in the TIG Houston office servicing TIG’s Houston industrial clients.
Originally from Mexico City, Carlos Mendoza brings more than three decades of entrepreneurial and business development experience to the real estate services industry. With a professional background in advertising, marketing, and promotional products, Carlos has built long-standing relationships by prioritizing communication, strategic thinking, and client-focused service.
Carlos has served on the board of the East End Chamber of Commerce, where he was honored as Chamber Member of the Year in 2008, also earned a business of the year award from the Houston Economic Alliance Port Region in the same year and has previously served on his homeowner’s association board. He currently co-chairs a referral-based networking group in Friendswood, Texas maintaining strong connections within the local business community.
Carlos holds an Associate Degree in Photography from the Art Institute of Houston and enjoys cooking, dancing, photography, and soccer, baseball and football in his free time.
