Catherine Smith joined TIG in 2019 as Property Administrator and has returned as an Assistant Property Manager. Catherine’s most recent experience was managing medical facilities for Medical City Dallas. Catherine has previously worked as the Property Assistant in Las Colinas a Class A office and retail complex. As well as with assisting the Senior Property Manager at TIG with her industrial locations in the DFW area. Catherine has returned assisting our Vice President, Property Management and Asset Services with her office and industrial complex’s.
Ms. Smith is active in Dallas Building and Owner’s Association (BOMA) where she serves on the Government Affairs committee till 2026. Catherine attends the monthly BOMA luncheons and trainings as well as the annual BOMA Trade Show. Catherine’s passion for commercial real estate has come from building relationships and adding value to her client’s portfolios through both proven and innovative methods. Catherine currently has her realtors license and has joined the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and intends to work on her CPM and continue building her career here with TIG in the commercial real estate industry.
Catherine enjoys scuba diving and traveling when she can. Catherine’s scuba certifications include Enriched Air, Rescue Diver, EFR-Primary Care (CPR) & Second Care w/AED, Advanced open water, and Open Water. Catherine’s favorite spots to dive have been Figi, Honduras, Belize, and Cozumel.
