Originally from San Antonio, Dean Havel moved to the Dallas area in 1985. Dean has excelled in the commercial real estate management industry for more than 30 years. Prior to his role with TIG, Dean worked with Equitable Real Estate/Compass, Trammell Crow, Regis and Holt Lunsford.
Dean started his career as an Accounts Payable clerk developing into Senior Accountant. Over the course of his extensive career, he has touched every aspect of the CRE management industry, from financial reporting to mentoring Property Managers.
Outside of the office, Dean enjoys his two rescue dogs and serving his community.
