Jennifer Gray

With over thirty-six (36) years of experience as a broker in commercial real estate in Dallas – Fort Worth, Jennifer focuses on all aspects of commercial realty including tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representation. Most recently, Jennifer operated independently under another commercial real estate firm. Looking to join a team with a strong commercial real estate platform, Jennifer spoke with several commercial real estate companies and set her sight on TIG Real Estate in Dallas. Mainly because of Partner and COO Brenda Kindt Joyner, Jennifer felt TIG could assist her existing clients while offering Jennifer support and an environment to guaranty success.

Jennifer will share her time between the Dallas and Southlake offices of TIG. She brings her existing portfolio of project leasing and sales assignments while already securing her first TIG assignment, a pair of professional office buildings located at 1058 Texan Trail in Grapevine, TX.
Jennifer has been responsible for the successful marketing, leasing and sales of many well-known projects as well as smaller office & retail projects in North Texas throughout her career in commercial real estate. Since 2010, Jennifer has focused on the Northeast Tarrant County market of Southlake, Grapevine, Colleyville & Keller. She has leased & sold a variety of office buildings & retail centers in this market area.

From 1997 to 2010 Jennifer represented Southlake Town Square, Colleyville Town Square, Keller Town Center, The Village at Colleyville and The Shops at Highland Village. As Exclusive Leasing or Sales Agent for these mixed-use developments, as well as a variety of other commercial properties, Jennifer has handled lease and sales contracts involving retail, restaurant, entertainment, pad sites, land for development, warehouse properties, as well as, professional and medical office space.

Prior to 1997 Jennifer was Director of Leasing for Sundance Square in downtown Fort Worth which encompassed 37 blocks of every possible property type including retail, restaurant, general office and medical space. In addition, Jennifer leased entertainment, civic and non-profit space while representing Sundance Square.

Before taking on the Sundance Square assignment, Jennifer was responsible for marketing and leasing First Capital Partners entire Dallas & Fort Worth commercial real estate portfolio which included landmark properties such as Skymark Tower in Arlington, Water Gardens Place in Fort Worth, Citymark in Uptown Dallas, The Texas Moline Building in the West End and 8100 Lomo Alto in Preston Center Dallas. In the late 1980’s, Jennifer worked as a broker for Breunig Commercial, a division of The Staubach Company, handling project leasing responsibilities for such clients as Bank One, Westinghouse Equities, private investors, developers and lenders.

A graduate of Southern Methodist University, Jennifer received the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute in 1990 and is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, MetroTex Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the North Texas CCIM Chapter. Jennifer is a member of Fellowship Church, Grapevine and has a daughter who recently graduated (2020) from the University of Oklahoma.
