Meet Our Team

John joined TIG’s Central Texas property management team in April, 2019, as a building maintenance engineer. He monitors and maintains all HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems and coordinates with construction contractors as needed. He is a valued member of the team with extraordinary interpersonal skills, providing support for tenant maintenance requests and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local fire and safety codes. He is experienced with building security access systems, HVAC control and lighting systems, and he is familiar with OSHA and ADA regulations. Prior to joining TIG, John worked in new construction for Airco Mechanical.
