Dallas native, Kyle Klemme, licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas, joined TIG in 2023. Kyle specializes in tenant/landlord representation in the Northeast Dallas/Garland industrial submarket. Since joining TIG, Kyle has been a part of a team responsible for leasing 100,000 SF of medical office and retail in McKinney, TX. Kyle’s unmatched work ethic and professionalism has allowed him to create long-lasting relationships.
Kyle attended the University of Texas at Austin where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in human dimensions of organizations with a minor in business. He is a member of NTCAR and the Texas Exes, Dallas Chapter. Prior to joining TIG, Kyle was an intern at Eagle Mineral Company in Austin, Texas.
