Lacey joined TIG’s Central Texas team in October, 2020, as service coordinator for a portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties. She coordinates front office activities, handles incoming building maintenance requests and manages day-to-day activities of the Austin office and assists the property management/accounting team with data entry. She brings with her over 12 years of strong customer service experience and organizational skills along with initiative and a can-do attitude. Prior to joining TIG, Lacey held customer service roles in the food-service and educational fields. She obtained her Business Administration Certificate in Communication & Planning in 2023 and received her Diploma in Human Resources in February 2024.
