Lauren Hickman joined TIG in 2023 as an Associate, specializing in tenant/landlord representation in the Metropolitan/Addison industrial submarket. Prior to joining TIG, Lauren was a Sales Associate with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services as part of the TAG Industrial Team, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of single- and multi-tenant industrial assets in the Northern Dallas/Fort Worth market. During her time with the firm, she gained a strong knowledge of investment sales and became proficient at market analysis, underwriting, and communication with property owners.
She originally became interested in real estate when she was invited to accompany her father on a tour of an industrial asset led by a private equity firm. The experience sparked her curiosity about the intricacies of commercial real estate and opened her eyes to the opportunities for growth and success provided by the industry. Lauren prides herself on her work ethic, discipline, and her heart for helping others. She strives to give each client her all and build long-lasting, personal relationships by being authentic, kind, and dedicated to helping each client achieve their specific goals.
Lauren is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley where she majored in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis on Business, Economics, Public Policy, and Sociology. She was a member of Cal’s Division I lacrosse team and earned several PAC-12 Conference All-Academic accolades.
