Mario Cavazos joined TIG’s Central Texas property management team in Jan 2023 as a maintenance engineer. He monitors and maintains all HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems and coordinates with construction contractors as needed. He is a valued member of the team with extraordinary interpersonal skills, providing support for tenant maintenance requests and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local fire and safety codes. His knowledge, organizational skills and efficiency are a real asset to the building engineering team at TIG.
He is experienced with MRI Work speed Work Order System, DSX Building Security Access Systems, HVAC Control and Lighting Systems, and he is familiar with OSHA, HIPAA, and ADA regulations.
Mario is also a retired US Army veteran with 20 years of active service to our country.
