Michael G. Borden, Jr. is a licensed real estate sales agent, specializing in tenant/landlord representation in the East and West Harry Hines industrial submarket. Throughout high school and college, Michael spent his summers working at Carolina Ceramics, a brick manufacturing plant in Columbia, South Carolina. His understanding of the many different facets of an industrial-focused business is what ultimately led him to pursue a career in the space. His driven personality, alongside his passion for building and maintaining relationships are the defining characteristics that make him a valued member of the TIG team.
Michael graduated from the University of Alabama Honors College, with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a minor in International Business. After college, he obtained his Series 7 and Insurance license and worked as a financial professional, primarily working with small business owners, helping them realize their financial goals.
