Michael Gonzalez joined TIG in 2023, bringing with him several years of experience in buyer and tenant representation, project leasing and property acquisitions & disposition. In his role at TIG, Michael will focus on sales & leasing in the North Texas area.
Both locally and nationally, he has built strong relationships with an extensive network comprised of private investors, brokers, lenders, developers and institutional investors. Michael provides strategic advisory, valuation, negotiation and due diligence management while ensuring maximum value for his clients in every transaction. He is an expert in selling and leasing single tenant assets, medical/office buildings, strip centers and large tenanted projects.
Michael is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Associations of Realtors (NAR), the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.
