Mike Fagan joined TIG’s Central Texas property management team in 2010 as a Maintenance Engineer serving a portfolio of office & retail properties. He brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, mechanics, building automation, tenant buildouts, pre-accusation inspections and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP).
Mike monitors and maintains all HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems and coordinates with construction contractors as needed. He also supports tenant maintenance requests and ensures compliance with federal, state and local fire and safety codes. Mike’s knowledge, can-do attitude, fast learning abilities, interpersonal skills and customer service mindset make him a valuable resource to the building engineering team at TIG.
