Nathaniel Scott joined TIG’s Central Texas property management team in 2023 as a maintenance engineer. He monitors and maintains all Parking lots, Roofs, Lighting, and Dumpsters. Also coordinates with construction contractors as needed. He is a valued member of the team with interpersonal skills, providing support for tenant maintenance requests and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local fire and safety codes. His knowledge and can-do attitude are a real asset to the building engineering team at TIG.
He is a TDLR Certified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician.
