Nicholas joined TIG’s Central Texas property management team in 2017 as a maintenance engineer. He monitors and maintains all HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems and coordinates with construction contractors as needed. He is a valued member of the team with extraordinary interpersonal skills, providing support for tenant maintenance requests and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local fire and safety codes. His knowledge and can-do attitude are a real asset to the building engineering team at TIG.
