Pono Anderson joined TIG’s property management team in 2022 as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, he manages a portfolio of retail, medical and office buildings, coordinates property maintenance, handles tenant and client relations and assists with property management accounting.
Prior to joining TIG, Pono worked as a Project Manager for Frontier Services Group, a Houston-based restoration company, During this time, he handled project bids and managed a team that handled damage to commercial and residential buildings caused by flood or fire. Pono also has experience in supervising mixed-used buildings in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Pono earned his bachelor’s degree in marking and management from The University of Texas at Arlington, where he was also a student athlete and excelled in baseball. Pono is working to obtain his Texas Real Estate License.
