Sammy is a member of TIG’s brokerage services team and his focus includes Brokerage and Business Development. He is primarily responsible for procuring and developing new business relationships as well as advising the firm’s clients on the most cost effective solutions for accommodating their commercial real estate needs. By providing lease and sale analysis, market research, negotiations and value-based recommendations for each of his clients, Sammy effectively leads clients from start to finish through the commercial real estate process.
Prior to joining TIG, Sammy garnered experience and achieved success as a broker for both Finial Group and Mercer Company, full service commercial real estate firms based in Houston, Texas and Dallas, Texas, respectively. Before that, he boasted five quality years as a scholarship Athlete for Rice University’s Track & Field program. While at both Finial Group and Mercer Company, Sammy leveraged the work ethic gained from his athletic career in order to grow the firm’s brokerage business, and provided outstanding service to clients.
Sammy is a native Houstonian and comes from a self-made, first generation entrepreneurial family. He boasts extensive knowledge of the financial market conditions world-wide. He was a consistent choice to race at championship meets for Rice, is a five-time Conference-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll recipient, a three-time Rice University Honor Athlete, has fourteen years’ experience as an accomplished drummer, is an aviation and auto enthusiast and in pursuit of a private pilot’s license with instrument and multi-engine ratings. Despite these accomplishments and interests, his primary mission is to work with integrity to earn and retain business and client relationships – thus continuing the entrepreneurial spirit his family established when they first moved here.
