Charles joined TIG in 2019 and has grown the revenue of TIG and his clients through strategic partnerships and targeted sales in vertical-specific industries throughout Texas and the US. In the last year, Charles was assigned a client in McKinney, TX with retail and office product; with Kyle Klemme as a team member, Charles raised the leasing to 100% occupancy across the portfolio. Charles has also been an instrumental mentor to the new agent hires and interns at TIG over the last years.
